British Heavy Cavalry Officer’s 1796 Dress sword with double-edged blade stamped J.J.Runkel Solingen, although the Solingen is actually spelt Sohlingen on this one which is a very rare mistake which happened on some of the blades and within a near full-length fuller on each side, regulation brass hilt retaining including boat shell guard and ovoid pommel and original grip of twisted silver wire between gilt-brass collars.
