WW2 SWD MG42 MACHINE GUN (EU DEACTIVATION)

A very nice MG42 machine gun with moving bolt and trigger, which is maker marked "swd" Maget (Maschinen-und Geraetetbau GmbH). The MG is stamped throughout of Third Reich era proof markings ( Waffenampt ). The top cover has had the original numbers stamped out. The bipod isn't marked. The barrel is also marked with a three letter makers code "dfb" for Gustloff Co., Waffenfabrik, Suhl.
