WW2 GERMANIC MP40 SUB-MACHINE GUN (89 DEACTIVATION) (PRE EU/UK DEACTIVATION)

For sale to customers outside the European Union Only. A very nice rare Germanic MP40 sub-machine gun this was deactivated in 1989 so even the barrel is able to come out, which is maker marked "bnz" for Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG and dated 1942. The MP40 is stamped throughout of Third Reich era proof markings ( Waffenampt ) and also the barrel being able to come out makes this a really rare MP40. SS stamped but I can’t confirm authenticity of the stamping hence the price.UK sales only. Please email before purchasing.

The Dutch SS (In Sept 1942 renamed "Germanic SS in the Netherlands") was part of the NSB and independent of the German SS, but in practice it was the other way round. Their flag was Black with a white bordered black diamond-shape with the letters "SS" in the middle.

The MP 40 (Maschinenpistole 40) is a submachine gun chambered for the 9×19mm Parabellum cartridge. It was developed in Nazi Germany and used extensively by the Axis powers during World War II.
