GERMAN ENTRENCHING TOOL

The straight entrenching tool was a WW1 carry over which was continued to be used by the Reichswehr and the Wehrmacht, with the only difference being the carrier which was brown for imperial and Reichswehr. The Wehrmacht carrier normally was black in colour. This one has a stamping on the blade and the marking PP on the handle as you can see by the pictures.
