WW1 U.S.M.C. OTHER RANKS DRESS BLUES (NAMED)

This is a rare WW1 U.S. Marine Corps dress blue uniform consisting of tunic and trousers. The tunic has the rank chevrons of a corporal and the pistol marksman award. The brass buttons are all made by " Horstmann of Philadelphia". The collar is missing the Marine Corps insignia also 1 button is missing from the tunic. The trousers have the original owners name and date written inside " H.L.COWLES 1918". The trousers are also stamped " QUARTERMASTER, U.S.Marine Corps 1915-18".
