DEACTIVATED RUGER MINI-14 RIFLE (PRE EU/UK DEACTIVATION)

This is a very nice deactivated Ruger Mini-14 .223 calibre rifle which was deactivated in 1989 so it is able to strip, cock and dry fire, this one is missing is rear sight but someone has placed a Picatinny scope mount to be able to place optics on it, the mount can come off and the side plate can be replaced as its still with the rifle.
