WW2 GERMAN M24 STICK GRENADE WITH SLEEVE (INERT)

This is a nice WW2 German M24 Stick grenade with its shrapnel sleeve, this grenade doesnt have its porcelain pulley in its handle any more as the base cap is loose as you can see in the picture, the handle is marked with its makers which is hard to make out and the date looks to be 1943, the head also has some ink stampings and a Waffenamt stamp with its original paint tot he head and sleeve, a nice one to have. UK sales only.

Stielhandgranate is the German term for "stick hand grenade" and generally refers to a prominent series of World War I and World War II–era German stick grenade designs, distinguished by their long wooden handles, pull cord arming and cylindrical warheads. The first models were introduced by the Imperial German Army during World War I and the final design was introduced during World War II by the German Wehrmacht.
