DEACTIVATED WEBLEY MK.IV REVOLVER (UK DEACTIVATION)

This is a a very nice deactivated Webley Mk.IV .38/200 revolver which was deactivated in 2005 so it is able pull the hammer down and stay down, the cylinder rotates when dry firing and able to strip, the cylinder has a ring in it so you cant place inert rounds in it.
