WW2 GERMAN G.I. SOUVENIR PAINTED M42 HELMET

This is a very nice of a U.S. G.I Soldier that has painted a WW2 German M42 Luftwaffe Camo helmet which consists of the caricatures of Adolf Hitler and Mussolini the Italian Leader, with the message Benito Finito and Adolf Kaput, translates as finished/Broken. The helmet still has its Luftwaffe decal which does have some scratches through it and there are rust spots throughout this helmet, although can still see clearly the 2 tone camo, the shell has the makers ckl but its hard to see whats after that but research says ckl64, then the lot number 4118 underneath that. The liner is in good condition with the liner size stamp 57, a nice unusual helmet to have in the collection.
