WW2 GERMAN IRON CROSS 2ND CLASS

This is a WW2 German Iron Cross 2nd class with a short ribbon, the ring has what looks like the number 49, if it is, then its the rare maker Gablonz-based for of Josef Feix, but I cant be 100% as I'm finding it hard to make out.
