This is a WW2 U.S. Rubberised Musette bag. A 1944 dated M1936 field bag, more commonly referred to as the musette bag. The M1936 field bag was issued in lieu of the M1928 haversack to officers, paratroopers and armoured crews. This example is maker marked Jeff O.M.D.
