WW2 U.S. M1924 FIRST AID POUCH WITH FIELD DRESSING

This is the M1924 first aid pouch which is smaller than the M1942 first aid pouch. This example is in near mint condition maker marked "B.A.B.Co" and dated 1942. It comes with a sealed Carlisle green coloured first aid bandage, which is maker amrked "Bauer & Black".
