U.S. M1961 FIELD PACK

This is a M1961 field pack more commonly referred to as the "butt pack" due to the position it sits when worn. The M1961 field pack differs to the M1956, having a slightly larger carrying capacity, rubberised lining offering better protection for personal items carried and downward side extensions. This example has faint markings.
