U.S. M1942 FIELD DRESS POUCH & CARLISLE PACKET

This is a late war M1942 field dressing pouch in OD 7 green. This example comes with waxed cardboard variation of the Carlisle field dressing which was introduced as a war saving measure in 1943 due to the metals being used for canned foods stuffs and lubricated containers. This example of the Carlisle bandage was produce by Acme Cotton Products Inc.
