RARE WW2 GERMAN 1ST PATTERN WINTER BOOTS

These are a nice pair of rare WW2 German 1st Pattern Winter boots, these were not issued for very long before the 2nd pattern were issued, one is a size 43 and the other is a size 45, it was known that the boots would be put in piles, a left footed pile and a right footed pile for the soldiers to pick and would mean they would often get different sizes to suit their feet. This is a Luftwaffe NCO's visor cap which is the branch of the service piping yellow for aircrew and paratroopers. However this example is make marked "FL.Horst, Hattstadt, FL.Staffel (J) 1. BUNDESWEHR FIRE/POLICE CAP

This is a Bundeswehr Fire/Police cap which has added a German Eagle to make it look like a Panzer cap , this one externally is in fair condition, however the leather sweatband is missing and one small piece of moth damage located on the underside of the peak, the cap does retain its makers paper label which give its control number 38192, place of manufacture Hamburg and size 57, hard to find cap.  read more
