This is the rarer 39 pattern leather field set, consisting of cross-straps both straps are dated 1941 and are maker marked Smith Englefield & Co.LTD and D.M.&S.LTD. This is folding saw which comes with its two-piece handles and its accessory tools with their handles. The saw is maker marked but it is difficult to make out and is dated but again its difficult to make out.
