This is a very nice dated set of 44 pattern webbing, one of the pouches is definitely marked MECo " Mills Equipment Company " with the dated 1945, the other pouch is harder to make the date out, but can still make out MECo on it, the belt is marked LCpl Owen from 1 Coy.  read more

WW2 BRITISH MKII PARATROOPER HELMET

This is a 1944 dated MKII paratrooper helmet which is maker marked "BMB" for Briggs Motor Bodies and size stamped 7.1/2. This example appears to have had post-war use and has been issued a multiple times as the liner has a number of different names with their unit numbers. The MKII paratrooper helmet continued to be produced and issued to the late 1970's.  read more

This is a basic webbing set consisting of MKII ammunition pouches which are dated 1942, war economy belt, which was only produced between 1944 to 1945. The belt measures approximately 38 inches and a set of cross-straps one of which appears to have a unit marking in the form of 2 within an arrow. All the webbing has been blancoed.  read more
