This is a 1944 dated light weight gas mask, which was introduced in September 1943. This example is in excellent condition and comes with a number of contents. Anti-dust goggles, dated 1944, anti-lens dimmer dated 10/44. The filter and haversack are also dated 1944. The haversack is maker marked "W&G.LTD" for Waring & Gillow.
