WW2 GERMAN M1939 TORNISTER BACK PACK

This is a M1939 back pack, which differs from the early M1934 by doing away with the leather carrying straps, which where replaced with clips to attach directly to the Y-Straps. The actual body of the back pack ( Tornister ) remained unchanged from the M1934 tornister. This example is in very good condition has a faint makers stamp and a partial date.  read more

This a variation of the M1934 back pack ( Tornister ) without the horse fur flap covering and two sets of leather auxiliary strap loops on the front of the flap. This example is maker marked " Kroymann & Co, Hamburg and dated 1938. It also has the original owners name written on the top of the flap.  read more
