This is a WW1 German Trench Fighting knife with some of the wooden handle missing as you can see in the pictures, apart from that, the knife its self is good, the scabbard looks to be missing its leather strap to hold the knife in place, but the knife does fit into its scabbard without falling out. This is a WW2 German K98 Bayonet with original scabbard and frog, the scabbard is dated 44 with the makers crs and the blade is dated is 1942 with the makers cof and the pommel has its Waffenamt stamps and fitted with Bakelite grips.
