This is M1 front seamed swivel bale helmet which was in production from October 1943 to November 1944. This is a nice M1C Front seam Paratrooper helmet with a Inland liner, the chin strap is marked A 5470, as well as the helmet on the inside as you can see by the pictures, the chin strap and cup is original, but the A frame to hold the chin cup is a modern fitting, the frame is dated 1941 and made by George Frost Co, the helmet does have a couple of dents at the top. read more
