WW2 U.S. FRONT SEAMED SWIVEL BALE M1 HELMET

This is a nice example of M1 front seamed swivel bale helmet which would have been produced between October 1943 to October 1944, when the stainless steel rim was replaced with a manganese rim. The chinstraps are in olive drab No7 and have a steel buckle.. The liner missing its liner neck band and chinstrap. It is maker marked "CAPAC" for the Capac Manufacturing Company.  read more

This is a very nice USAAF flying helmet, type A-9, summer, size Small. The A-9 is a simple unlined summer flying helmet constructed from four segments of heavy cotton. This is a WW2 German Greatcoat which you can still make out its ink stampings on the inside, it still has all its original buttons a swell, there is wear to the coat but overall in good condition, there looks to be some re-stitching by the collar which is period done as you can see in the picture.
